We tried it out first in a shop that we had in Paris. We put a poster up in the window with four Red Light wines on it. !0 minutes later a 28 year-old Parisienne came in: "Je cherche un rouge leger," she said. Jean-Louis duly helped out with a selection, and she chose a Touraine Red.
